Judging the Awards

Judges are impartial, and award points solely on the basis of the entry which they look at, with no value attached to prior reputation or other issues.
Each entry is broken down into sections and the judges allocate points for each section. The points are added up and the highest scoring entries are shortlisted.
The highest scoring company will be eligible for a five star award providing it has scored above 75 per cent of the total score.

The second and third placed companies will be eligible for highly commended awards provided they have scored above 60 per cent of the total score.
In the event of no companies scoring above the requisite percentage, no five star or highly commended awards will be presented. If the highest scoring company scores below 75 per cent, highly commended awards will be presented to the two highest scoring companies provided they have scored above 60 per cent.
The winners from each country are rejudged and may be shortlisted for a 'Best International Award'.

In case(s) where a judge may be deemed to have a conflict of interest with any participating entrants the judge will not be involved in the region or family of categories where conflict may occur.
